Whitetail Properties Certified Land Specialist
Whitetail Properties Certified Land Specialist (WPCLS) is the highest certification a Land Specialist can achieve. The accreditation was created by our founding partners as a tiered process to accountability and, ultimately, unrivaled excellence and expertise in the real estate land business. It’s our goal to hold ourselves to a higher standard than any other brokerage or governed process. Whether you’re in the market to buy land or have property to sell, no one is more qualified than a WPCLS Land Specialist. Our agents can only become WPCLS-eligible once they’ve completed 104 hours of classroom work, acquire outside certifications and meet sales goals including no less than 25 land transactions and $10 million in sales. Qualifying WPCLS Land Specialists must also have three years of experience at Whitetail Properties, and an 80% or higher positive customer satisfaction rating each year. All Whitetail Properties Land Specialists have either achieved or are currently working toward their WPCLS certification.
