Growing up on a family farm outside of a small rural town in Iowa, Ashley recognizes and treasures that way of life and how it never leaves you. Her work ethic, perseverance, and stewardship were taught and instilled into her by her parents at an early age.
As a midwestern girl, she developed a profound appreciation for the land and all it has to offer. From sprawling fields to the forest she now calls home in the Black Hills of South Dakota, she understands the diverse beauty and potential of every acre.
She has a passion for land and the great outdoors paired with a desire to help others achieve their dream of owning their ideal property. As a small business owner with over 15 years of experience working in the corporate world, in addition to being active for over a decade in the hunting and outdoor community has helped her transition seamlessly into the world of real estate and specializing in these types of properties. The dirt she played in as a kid now holds a different kind of appreciation, as her experience combined with her upbringing has given her a deep respect for the land and a commitment to helping others find their perfect piece of it, using her keen eye for opportunity to partner with clients in buying and selling land.
