"This letter is a token of our appreciation of the sale of our land with Whitetail Properties. Over the past eight months we had received flyers listing several properties in close location to our properties. I inquired on the sale prices, which enticed me to inquire about listing our properties. My contact was with Bill Minor, who immediately set up an appointment on August 16, 2024. We discussed the properties and he said that he would visit the properties and assess their value. He did one that day and the other a day later. We met again on the 27th to sign a Limited Agency Agreement, after discussing all of the selling prices, commissions, terms, time, etc. Bill was extremely detailed in his presentation of us understanding the contracts. Being a businessman for more than 60 years; I understood most of the details. I was very appreciative that he made it a point that his communication was so that my wife also understood the contracts. Several times during the process of this rapid sale she was impressed of how Bill called or visited on any or all details. His communication skills are as good as it gets. I won't go in on all of the details on the information or people involved, but we began the selling process on August 16th and closed September 10, 2024.
