Brian grew up in the expansive shortgrass prairie of Colorado, deeply rooted in a

community that celebrated a rich heritage of land stewardship, fishing, and hunting. This

his academic journey, Brian dedicated himself to conducting impactful research and

educating the next generation of fisheries and wildlife professionals. His commitment to

Recognizing that property owners often possess a passionate and intrinsic motivation

for land stewardship, Brian transitioned to a role as a Land Specialist with Whitetail

Properties. In this position, he finds immense satisfaction in partnering with landowners
