YOUR LAND SPECIALIST I was born and raised in northwest Virginia in the small town of Strasburg. Hard work, hunting, and the outdoors have always been a way of life for me. I grew up fishing the Shenandoah River and hunting along the Blue Ridge Mountains. My cousins and I spent summers on my grandparents' small farm as a boy. I’ve lived and worked in this area for
over 35 years. Before starting my career with Whitetail Properties in January of 2020, I owned and operated a concrete construction business and a real estate investment company. I’m passionate about my relationship with the Lord, family, career, and trophy deer hunting. I’m blessed to be supported by my beautiful wife Jaclynn, twenty-year-old son Cayden, and three-year-old daughter Saylor. God clearly led me to this opportunity with Whitetail Properties and I’m eager to help my clients realize their goals in selling land or their dreams of owning land.

Chad was referred to me by a friend. From our initial contact, he was enthusiastic about selling my property. His follow-up and follow-through were extraordinary. This was no easy piece of property. Access to the property was difficult. A neighbor had put up a gate with a padlock. Chad had to track down the neighbor for the code to get on the property. Once there, it was overgrown with no place to park and show prospective buyers. Chad made a beautiful drone video of the property that showed off its extensive river views. He also worked with me to set a price that he felt we could achieve within 2-3 months but was still well above my expectations. Within days of listing the property, we had competitive offers and were under contract for the above asking price. To get to closing, we had to get a survey, which was difficult given the river boundaries. The surveyor had to get in a boat to complete his work and was delayed by flooding from a hurricane. We also had issues with the appraisal but Chad was able to find someone to get it done.
Chad is a can-do guy. He was confident that the property would sell for a good price and that he could work out any difficulties that came along. I had wanted to sell the property for quite a few years but just couldn’t find the right person to make it happen—until I found Chad!
