He provided helpful information throughout the process and was always available, even after hours. I knew I could always reach Chris, and he stayed in touch with me throughout. I recently opened up an account with a new bank that had a more scrutinized approach to sending third party wires. I ended up having to send the wire to my regular bank to expedite the process. Jennie's reassurance and kind words were very comforting, as I felt a little frustration not having control over and not perfectly understanding my own banks' processes. Jennie saved the day with her calmness and kindness, so it was a great experience anyway!

In short, I feel like both Chris and Jennie treated me like they would want to have been treated if they were buying land for the first time (Matthew 22:39-40). This is how you have a successful business. This is how you have a successful life."
