As a native Texas, I was raised on a recreational ranch property in east Texas where I was heavily influenced by early exposure to everything that land has to offer. Those experiences included time spent in 4H and FFA raising and showing livestock but also included countless hours just enjoying the outdoors while hunting and fishing. The desire continues today as I have been able to introduce my children to the outdoors and encourage their desire to be involved in some level. I graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in business (Entrepreneurship and Real Estate) in 2001 and immediately entered the real estate industry where I ultimately earned professional licenses as both a Broker and a Certified General Appraiser. After 20 plus years of focusing specifically on farm and ranch appraisal work in the area I have developed a specialty in the valuation of recreational properties with large water features. As a Whitetail Properties Land Specialist, it is my hope that my knowledge and earned experience will be an asset to my clients that will help them reach their goals.
