Eric, a proud Colorado native, has spent his entire life immersed in the rugged beauty of the outdoors. From an early age, he cultivated a deep love for camping, fishing, hunting, and exploring the wild landscapes that define the state he calls home. His early experiences shaped a passion for land and the environment that would later become the foundation of his real estate career.
Eric began his academic journey at Monterey Peninsula College, where he balanced his studies with his dedication to the college baseball team. His interest in history and the environment led him to pursue a B.A. in History with a minor in Environmental Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He later achieved a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado, equipping him with a broad understanding of how to educate and engage others—a skill he brings to his real estate practice today.
Eric’s professional path has been diverse and dynamic, with roles ranging from a college baseball coach to a middle school social studies teacher and eventually serving as a Regional Director for a leading outdoor-focused NGO. His time spent volunteering on the board of the Colorado Bowhunters Association only further honed his leadership abilities and deepened his passion for Colorado’s land and its responsible stewardship. It was through these experiences that Eric’s love for service and the outdoors naturally led him to a career with Whitetail Properties.
Today, Eric brings this wealth of experience to his role at Whitetail Properties, where he is passionate about helping clients discover the perfect property to fulfill their landownership dreams. Whether you're looking for a sprawling hunting retreat, a peaceful fishing spot, or a family getaway in the Colorado wilderness, Eric’s extensive knowledge of the land and his genuine care for people makes him an invaluable partner in your property search.

His personal and professional life reflects his deep connection to the land and his dedication to helping others find their perfect piece of Colorado.
