About Garret
Growing up in Central Michigan, Garret was exposed to incredible waterfowl and upland bird hunting by his father. That early exposure to the outdoors put him on a path that would guide his professional career and life. For more than 12 years, Garret worked in sales, marketing and brand development for some of the top companies in the archery and shooting sports industries. Garret has lived in multiple states but the Midwest, with its giant whitetails and the most fertile rolling farmland, brought him back to Western Iowa where he lives with his beautiful wife, Maggie, and his shed-finding dog, Nash. Garret has been selling rural real estate with Whitetail Properties since 2015, and in 2020, earned his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation with the Realtors Land Institute.
With his knowledge of Western Iowa land values, coupled with his experience from the outdoor industry and passion for hunting, Garret is positioned to guide you through the important process of buying or selling investment, tillable or recreational land.
