Hunter Boone

Hunter grew up on his family’s farm in Western Kentucky, where he developed a deep appreciation for the land and the outdoor lifestyle. An avid outdoorsman, he has spent countless hours hunting whitetail deer, pursuing wild turkeys, and shed hunting—cherishing the experiences and memories that come with being immersed in nature. He excelled as a high school football player, earning Class A Player of the Year two years in a row along with competing in the Western Kentucky Conference.

As a Whitetail Properties Land Specialist, Hunter is passionate about helping others discover the same joy and fulfillment that the land has brought him. With five years of experience, his goal is to guide clients in finding the perfect property, whether for hunting, farming, or simply enjoying the outdoors, so they can build their own traditions and lasting memories.

Hunter is a committed member of the MW Land Team, serving Western Kentucky and Southern Illinois since 2020. As part of one of the region’s top-performing land sales teams, he takes pride in their proven track record of success. Since 2018, the MW Land Team has completed over 520 transactions, selling 45,874 acres and achieving $274,560,680 in sales.
