This guy really knew his stuff. He put out cameras for game, checked out the property from time to time, and alerted me of any changes not only on my own property but also neighboring properties that could have a positive or negative impact on mine. He was upfront about challenges and changes in the market. He made suggestions that helped me get a higher price for my property listed. I will definitely refer Mr. Patterson and his partner in this transaction to anyone that is in the market to either purchase or sell ground. A job well done.
