Drew Baggarly

Drew Baggarly is a distinguished Land Specialist with knowledge of the local habitat, terrain, and ever-evolving market that spreads across the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and Northern Virginia territory.

With a passion for striving to be better and a mindset to always be learning, he earned his Level I and II National Deer Association Certifications, Prescribed Burn Manager License in Virginia, and continues to enroll in growth development courses to better serve his clients in the land market. Coming from a background in the military while serving with the Army National Guard in both Virginia and Iowa, the desire and passion to be a well-rounded and efficient Land Specialist are always at the forefront.

In previous employment, he held multiple titles such as Emergency Action Team member, Fire Brigade Captain, and part of the Confined Space Entry team. In the military, working in small team settings and being cohesive made for better mission success. This blends well with the drive and like-minded mentality of other Land Specialists within the state that makes us a team to accomplish our goals and to better serve our clients.

Currently, Drew assists in the management of his family's land which is made up of 172 acres strictly devoted to wildlife management and ensuring better habitat for all species of wildlife. On this land, they are participating in prescribed burns, food plots, crop tree release, herd management, nesting habitat, and much more. His knowledge of land and wildlife management ensures when he is marketing or showing land, that he is capturing full details and finding his clients their piece of heaven on earth.
