Formerly a civil and environmental engineer, Joe left an established career behind to pursue one as a land specialist based on passion. Having personally invested in land, multi-family, and residential real estate since 2017 - he has a high financial literacy and understanding of market trends and economics. In 2019, he won the top producer award for his state and in 2020, was recognized as a part of the RLI APEX Production Awards Program. As a passionate archery hunter, backpacker, and fisherman; his passion for exploring new land never wanes. Formerly entrusted with managing and residing on a family farm-habitat management, timber stand improvement, and sustainable agriculture are both personal hobbies and areas of expertise. His enthusiasm for selling country homes and farmettes is emboldened by his experience gardening, raising chickens, and tending an orchard. He has a fond appreciation for the eco-friendly and self-sustaining lifestyle associated with homesteading.
