Jonathan Wise

Meet Jonathan Wise, your Texas Land Specialist and Sales Agent. With his degree in

Environmental Studies from Baylor University and years of experience working with land

professionally, Jonathan understands the intricacies, value, and multitude of resources

that land possesses. Instilled with a passion for the outdoors from his father at an early

age, Jonathan devotes much of his time to hunting, fishing, and improving wildlife

habitat, and enjoys teaching others to do the same.

As a native Texan, Jonathan has lived in multiple regions of the state and resides in

Central Texas near Waco. He spends days at a time on his family’s ranch near Graham,

TX, continuing to steward that property, including herd and wildlife management, field

plowing and planting, and guided hunts. Jonathan and his lovely wife Katie are raising

their 3 boys with the guiding principles that he himself follows, to love and follow Christ,

to prioritize family, and to passionately enjoy the outdoors.

Jonathan believes in improving the land entrusted to him and gets excited about helping

others achieve their dreams of realizing land ownership, improving their quality of life

along the way. Jonathan loves networking to connect buyers to the land that most fits
