Josh Miller

Growing up on a 4th-generation farming and ranching operation in Northwest Kansas, I learned early on the value of hard work and the importance of caring for the land. That background has shaped my passion for real estate, especially regarding farm ground, recreational land, and homes on acreage.

I started full-time in the auction and real estate industry in 2015 and have been fortunate to earn recognition as an award-winning auctioneer and ringman as well as closing hundreds of real estate transactions. Beyond sales and transactions, what I love most about my job is building lasting relationships with my clients. Helping people find the right property—whether it's a family home, investment land, or a place to enjoy the outdoors—is what makes this work so rewarding.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and three kids. We love traveling together and making memories wherever we go. I also enjoy the great outdoors—whether I’m out in the field, on the water, or playing a round of golf.
