Kyle Karcher

Kyle Karcher is your Southwest Iowa Whitetail Properties Land Specialist.

Growing up in small town Nebraska, he lived and breathed the farm life, hunting, fishing, and God’s great outdoors. His passion for the outdoors led him to get a bachelor’s degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Fisheries and Wildlife, with a Minor in Grassland Ecology and Management. This provided him with an in-depth knowledge of soil conservation, land-type use, wildlife management practices, timber and grassland management, and much more that he utilizes in his everyday life as a Land Specialist.

After college, he worked for Whitetail Properties as a Field Producer, within their production department, filming for Whitetail Properties Television and putting together marketing packages for our Land Specialists all throughout the country.

He later accepted a position with a Whitetail Properties-endorsed TV Show, “The Lindsey Way”. This moved him to the great state of Iowa, where he worked for Jeff and David Lindsey, helping manage some of the country's most premier hunting properties, stretching across Iowa, Kansas, Illinois, Missouri, Georgia, and Mississippi. This gave him great experience with all types of land, terrain, farming, and land management practices. He also filmed for their Outdoor Channel television show. This gained him first-hand experience with not only wildlife and land management but also marketing and advertising. Both of which greatly impact his career as a Whitetail Properties Land Specialist.

Kyle is very passionate about land and enjoys watching his clients turn their dream into reality with land ownership, as well as guiding them through the entire selling process. He understands that a land transaction can be one’s largest financial and emotional decisions, and he will successfully guide you throughout each step of the process.

Discipline, hard work, faith, and persistence are the core values Kyle was raised on and he keeps them at the forefront of his business. He aims to provide his clients with the utmost effort to reach their goals and provide them with the ultimate land-buying and selling experience.
