Meredith McKinney

Meredith's life has been a perpetual expedition, stemming from her upbringing as an Army brat. The diverse landscapes and cultures she encountered cultivated a broad global perspective and an insatiable curiosity. However, it was the rugged beauty of the Rocky Mountain West that truly captured her heart. The sweeping vistas and wide open spaces provided ample opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors and revel in the beauty of God’s creation.

Upon college graduation, she followed her family West, where she met Jeff and they established their roots and raised four children. Western values such as resilience, determination, and an unwavering can-do attitude formed the bedrock of their family. Infused with the ethos of cattle ranching, their household exemplified a deep dedication to Christian principles and a profound reverence for the land and the enduring values it instills.

In her role as an Accredited Land Consultant, Meredith doesn't simply facilitate transactions; she orchestrates dreams, curates legacies, and stewards the very essence of the land. She serves as a testament to the power of expertise, passion, and a lifelong dedication to preserving the essence of the West. Whether it's a ranch, farm, recreational property, or a home on acreage, Meredith considers it a privilege to represent her clients and ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

Teaming up with her husband Jeff, they serve Eastern Montana through Whitetail Properties. Currently, they reside in Sidney, Montana, where Meredith takes great joy in spoiling her grandchildren.
