He even hand-carried some documents to prevent further delay in our closing. In short, Mitch was competent, conscientious, diligent, and a pleasure to work with. The greatest quality, however, that I appreciate about Mitch is his character. I am 70 years old, and meeting someone like Mitch is a rare experience. By random “chance,” I enlisted him as my real estate agent but ended up with a genuine friend!
