Nick Pronold

Nick grew up in Southeastern Wisconsin, where his love of the outdoors started at a young age. Hunting and fishing either in his backyard or at his family cottage in Northeast Wisconsin, where his love for everything outdoors was born. That passion has grown as he has had the opportunity to live all over the state of Wisconsin, gaining knowledge in recreational real estate and land cultivation while building a family of his own.

Having settled in northwest Wisconsin as a certified real estate appraiser for the last five years Nick has gained an in-depth understanding of the land and the people who own it. As a result of this knowledge Nick has had the pleasure of guiding many clients through the buying/selling process. He has carried these relationships further, working personally with many of his past clients, enhancing not only their home value but their land value through habitat practices. Nick prides himself on a strong work ethic, a spirit of conservation, hunting knowledge, and desire to do what is right. He currently lives in Houlton, WI with his wife Sarah and two daughters Payton and Sloane.
