Scott Kaufman

Scott Kaufman grew up in Kentucky, where the outdoors helped shape his future. As much as he loves the great outdoors, he loves helping others more. Prior to his career with Whitetail Properties, he worked in the field of emergency medicine, serving others. His dad, his hunting buddy from day 1, started a whitetail clothing and boot spray scent company (Wind-Cheaters) 3 years prior to starting with whitetail properties. Connecting with hunters from around the country led to great enjoyment, and he knew he wanted to become more involved in the outdoor industry. Having leased/obtained permission for hunting ground his entire life, he and his dad

bought their first farm in 2024. The experience and feeling at the closing table was one they wanted to chase forever. He knew at that point he wanted to be a part of others’ experience purchasing their dream properties.

Scott is very passionate about the land and enjoys watching his clients turn their dreams into reality with land ownership, as well as guiding them through the entire selling process. He understands that a land transaction can be one’s largest financial and emotional decisions, and he will successfully guide you throughout each step of the process.
