Shad Woodruff

Shad was born and raised in North Central Michigan and grew up on a 4th generation farm just east of Beaverton on the banks of the Tobacco River. Today, he appreciates being taught the value of hard work, community, family and God. Now, as he and his beautiful wife, Brianne, raise the 5th generation of Woodruff's, Shad feels blessed that his son, Layk, and his daughter, Sayde, are growing up with the same values. Living the outdoor lifestyle has provided Shad and his family countless memories and he looks forward to many more years to come. His dream is for his children to grow the family farm by owning, farming and developing land of their own.

Working for Whitetail Properties over the past 7 years has completed a dream for Shad in that he now has the ability to not only live the outdoor lifestyle, but to provide for his family in the outdoors as well. Serving the North Central region of Michigan's lower peninsula, Shad specializes in selling hunting and vacant land, rural homes, farms, waterfront and recreational properties. Shad has spent his life in and around the territory he serves and is proud that his knowledge provides valuable assistance to his clients regarding the properties they are buying or selling.
