Description
We are looking for an ambitious self-starters and quick learners to join our real estate administrative team. The Traditional Broker Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to real estate agents in a 4-6 state region of the United States. Providing these services in an accurate and efficient manner will ensure that the agents' real estate listings are visual to the public on our company website in a timely manner. Those with a banking, title company, or real estate law related background are ideal but we will also train those with non-related backgrounds.

Requirements
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Knowledge and navigation skills related to a variety of web based real estate sites
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy regarding data entry and record keeping
- Very effective organizational and time management skills
- Computer skills which include, but may not be limited to: spreadsheets, word processing, internet navigation, electronic calendars and email
- Ability to problem solve and work with a variety of projects and people at the same time
- Knowledge of Google Suite a plus
Responsibilities
• Loading Listings on the agency website
• Maintain tracking system of customers and clients
• Communicate with agents and address changes needed related to listing and purchasing documents
• Maintain confidential and accurate file related to the listing and purchase of properties
• Following up with agents regarding incomplete paperwork that needs to be obtained
• Updating agency website regarding the status of a real estate transaction
• Ensuring that all funds related to a real estate transaction are processed according to state law requirements
• Solving issues that may arise related to technological issues that occur on various marketing websites used by the agents.
• Update and create spreadsheets containing information related to real estate transactions
