The south portion, which is below the bluff, is very mature hardwoods, beautiful oaks, and midstory trees. The deer and turkey hunting in the area is excellent, with a variety of habitat having some thick pockets of vegetation as well as open understory timber stands. The access to southern portion is very steep and that area is currently setup as walk down the ridge only, a bit steep for UTV at present. Just a short drive from Interstate-59 this piece of land is very good access from Birmingham or Gadsden.
