Both methods work very well and allow you to choose what areas you want to flood and when. These two areas also have inline water level control structures enabling you to easily raise or lower water levels throughout the year. There are five pit blinds installed around the property, allowing you to hunt multiple people at a time in various locations and setups. In addition to waterfowl hunting, the property also offers great whitetail hunting. With the various tree plantings throughout the property, it will get better and better as time goes on.
