Description
This one-of-a-kind property has been set up for hunting whitetails. The access to the property is off 00 N, which runs the entire north property line. A small plot just beyond the gate has several fruit trees, pine trees, and young cedars planted around it. The cedar trees are young and roughly 4-5’ tall but will provide a great screen as they age. This area is level and would also make an excellent location for a small cabin or camper pad if the owner wanted to stay on the property and not have to leave. The property is L-shaped and has been set up to hunt with the prevailing NW or SW wind directions. The main trail is on the far east side of the property and leads down to the main food plot at the bottom. This trail is wide enough for a tractor and implements, along with a truck or UTV. The main trail also has several smaller trails that branch off it and lead to stand and blind locations, as well as two other food plots. The property has had a timber harvest on most of it to create some great cover and bedding. The current owner did not cut the far east side, leaving several large white oaks in this area. The south and west sides of the property have some thick bedding areas, along with some ridge tops that make natural funnels. There are rubs all over this farm, some that are very impressive.
