The south half of the property is a more open and mature hardwood stand that has had a strategic cut. The north half of the parcel has more cedar and early successional growth, which logically had a lot of deer and turkey sign. Friendship is known for 2 major local events; the Friendship Flea Markets and it is the home of the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association. Both groups are famous in Southeast Indiana and bring visitors from all 50 states.
