The farm has multiple access points from the west, north, and east. Potential building sites are on the north part of the property along 200th St. The heart is accessed down a gated and locked class C road, shared only with the neighbor to the east.
A mowed trail system provides easy access throughout the property to the river on the south end and the food plots in the center. You can also access the gravel road on the west side to hunt the areas west of the creek that goes through the property. The grain bin site near the entrance off 200th St. would be a place to build a cabin or park an RV.
We’re big on this property and its upside. Someone might choose to farm some of the bottom as well because there is a subtle plateau of good soil in the middle of the property. Putting this into crops would diversify the land even more and be a major attractant to wildlife in the summer.
