The water is also extremely important here, and with the use of a small skid steer, the owners have developed small water holes near many of the food plots and blind sets. Each of those has a solar well that auto-feeds with a small pipe to the dugout, creating a natural water hole for all types of wildlife. This farm is also loaded with quail native doves. The tour we took while photographing provided us with encounters with at least 10 separate covers of Bobwhites and the doves were consistently watering at the small watering holes and picking in the food plot areas. This farm also has outstanding views of the picturesque Comanche County countryside with great sunsets and old school feel. There is an old homestead area with a very old stone house which has a nice established driveway and would make for an outstanding spot to build a metal brand or small cabin of some type.
