Please DO NOT let the aerial photo fool you on this farm. This farm is solid cover with crazy amounts of shoulder-high grasses and a mix of plum thickets, brush, small trees, and some towering cottonwoods. Surrounded by a lot of wide open tillable ground, this farm is the prime bedding area for the deer in the immediate area, and when you got all the does, you know what comes next. There are currently 32 +/- acres planted in wheat with a local farmer, and they will have tenant rights until harvest next summer or beyond if the new owner has a desire to keep crops in the ground with a tenant. This area of Harper County is well known for big mature deer, and the prospects of harvesting top end deer will be excellent. There was a world-class deer harvested on the neighboring property a number of years ago, and that deer did frequent this farm until harvested. Located just 1 hour from Wichita ICT and has 1 mile of blacktop frontage. This will certainly allow for a cabin or metal building to be built with a build site that will have views of the farm or countryside.
