The day I took the photos, I saw upwards of 50 to 60 turkeys and over 20 deer just driving around on a ranger. There are a few bull elk and a few cows seen regularly on the property, as well as some black bears that call this property home. I also jumped 10-15 grouse while taking pictures. It's all here, anything and everything you want to hunt, most in ridiculous quantities. Again, you need to spend a little time looking around to appreciate what I am trying to explain. I have never seen a property like it, and I have been on some great properties over the years. The trail system is miles long and in great shape, so you can get anywhere on the property with ease from any direction, so the wind is never an issue for access to stands or elevated blinds. The pole barn has a cement floor in excellent shape and will store all the toys and equipment you have. I could go on and on. This is a very, very special property that will be gone quickly.
