This is an excellent property with great hunting potential. The property is located on public land that borders it on three sides. Some of which is county land, and some is state land. This property is located on a paved road and has year-round access. To get off the highway, an approach in the driveway leads back into the property. Once on the property, there is a beautiful cleared opening where a trail leads. The trail goes through a large portion of the higher ground aspen regeneration at a great age for grouse hunting. A trail also leads out to various high-ground islands on the property across the wetland areas. These are excellent spots to catch deer crossing the open wetlands and moving from patch to patch of high-ground areas. They left evident trails, some crossing the main trail and others following.
