So, get off work and be in a treestand in less than 30 minutes. You access the property via a dead end road, then head up the hill on a new dozer road to the property. The terrain getting up there is fairly steep but once on top, 90% of the property is pretty level. There are plenty of mature oaks which will create a good food source as well the abundance of natural forbes. Eventually, you can doze out some areas and put in food plots also. There is pretty decent access around the West and North sides of the property. I accessed the property with a side-by-side but I believe you should be able to get a 4-Wheel drive truck up to the top of the hill. There is a nice location for a remote cabin where you could hook up a generator or use solar for power. Keep in mind we will be putting out corn and cameras so once we put some nice buck pics online, it won't take long for this property to be gone. Give me a call and lets go check it out!
