The hill rises almost 120 feet and overlooks 40 acres that were heavily logged in the last several years. That area is now feeding tons of deer that find their way to the property on a daily basis, the pictures provided show what we were able to film within minutes of our arrival. The combination of 20 acres of mature trees found on the rising hillside with the remainder of the property now in a mode of regrowth provides what every property needs.
