One of the most unique tracts to become available in north Alabama in a long time. This diverse tract is a portion of Hog Island which is in the middle of Weiss Lake and is accessed only by boat. Once you get on the island, you have a sense of peacefulness that is hard to describe. There is very little development on the island and it is loaded with wildlife. The deer population is excellent and there is a 4+/- AC duck impoundment that can be incredibly loaded with ducks.
