Out of the gate you'll see the Marmaton River runs the length of the farm from North to South through the middle of the property. Outside of the river banks you'll find two large alfalfa fields totaling around 40 acres. These fields were planted in the Spring of 2024 with the sole purpose of attracting wildlife.
