- Land & Hunting
The property is located adjacent to a large hunting ranch and close to Red River in a great hunting area. 780 acres of the property has been in the WRP program for around 15 years and has well-established duck impoundments and forested areas. There are over 100 acres of water and tons of brushy and wooded habitat. The owners have harvested some very impressive deer and many ducks over the years as you can see in the photos. Deer genetics on the property are outstanding with 140-150” deer killed every year. You can also enjoy hog hunting as well as some turkey hunting on the ranch. There are multiple tower stands already set up complete with large-capacity feeders. There are miles of trails and levees in and around the property to take you to the tower stands and duck blinds. The 60 acres where the lodges and houses are set has a fenced-in area with a pond and a beautiful pecan grove.

The ranch is being offered turn-key with many included farm and ranch, as well as hunting accessories.
Three Polaris rangers with high racks in the bed, a 100 HP Cab Tractor with a 15’ Batwing, a 50 HP tractor with bush hog, a JCB Backhoe, as well as a couple of small boats and $3,000 worth of decoys and various other items will be included.
