Description
This off-grid property is located just 2.5 miles from the intersection of main and center (River Road) streets in Huntington, Utah, but the property feels much more remote than that. The property itself has River Road cutting through the western side of the lot, separating the flat portion of the property from the nine or so acres of hill ground. Over 20 acres of this property have been farmed in years past, and the remaining 35 acres are split between brush ground suitable for grazing and forest ground bordering Huntington Creek. The Creek itself comprises most of the Eastern boundary of the property.
The result is a property sloping from West to East with steep hills on the West side, brush and grazing ground in the middle, and a forest with a creek on the East side. Cottonwoods and Russian Olives comprise most of the forest, although other species are also present. Migratory birds such as Canadian Geese and various ducks can also be found on the property, primarily in winter.

Huntington is a city in northwestern Emery County, Utah, United States. The population was 2,129 at the 2010 census.
