However, the access to the open MFL parcels is from a point 3/4 mile to the east and behind a locked gate. Nobody wants to walk that far before they can start to hunt. As such, the owners never see anyone else on their property other than their invited guests or family members. 600 feet south of the cabin is the bridge that gives access to the land on the other side of the river. The bridge is well maintained and will certainly hold a very large tractor and its equipment, a UTV or a truck. With the woods roads in such good condition, you will definitely want to take advantage of seeing the entire property on an ATV or snowmobile.
