Kim Bristow

Kim Bristow is the Broker Assistant Supervisor at Whitetail Properties.

Kim began her career at Whitetail Properties in 2014. Before joining Whitetail Properties, Kim worked in the finance industry for more than 20 years. During this time, she provided customer service to banking clients which included opening accounts and aiding customers in purchasing certificates of deposits. She would go on to work in loan processing for nearly five years, where she managed and filed loan documentation and appraisals. While working in finance, Kim also obtained her Series 7, which qualifies financial professionals to buy and sell securities on the equity markets.

At Whitetail Properties, Kim holds a real estate license in four states. She is currently the company’s Broker Assistant Supervisor. In her supervisory role, Kim provides oversight to our team of Broker Assistants and ensures processes are followed and transactional and listing documentation is accurate. She’s also responsible for processing agent commission payments and earnest money checks. In addition to these duties, Kim continues to assist in a Broker Assistant role in a few states. In this role, she reviews audits, purchase and listing contracts, and proofs published property listings against the listing language as it is written in each listing contract.

Kim grew up in Pearl, Illinois, a town located in Southern Pike County. During her childhood, Pearl was a small railroad town that had a population of 250 people. Her family owned a livestock farm where they raised cattle, horses, chickens and pigs. As a kid, she spent time working around the farm, playing outdoors, fishing and hunting small game. Today, Kim enjoys working in her gardens, where she grows Gerbera daisies and other flowering plants. She’s been married to her husband Doug since 1988, and they enjoy boating, jeeping and swimming. They have two adult children: Bryan and Alyssa. Kim and Doug have one grandchild Lennox, who is 2 years old, and the light of their lives.
