Wes is a seasoned real estate professional who has been with Whitetail Properties since 2014. He started his journey with the company as a Marketing intern and eventually became a full-time Marketing Specialist after graduating with a double-major in Economics and Finance from Illinois College in 2016.
During his tenure at Whitetail Properties, Wes has expanded his real estate knowledge by obtaining his Illinois broker's license and working as a Land Specialist. He also played a crucial role in the company's western expansion, serving as the Western Marketing Specialist in Missoula, Montana, for two years.
Currently, Wes is the Agent Development Director at Whitetail Properties, where he is responsible for providing individual coaching and mentorship to new agents. He also leads recruitment, hiring, and onboarding efforts, with a focus on sustainable development to ensure long-term success for each agent.
Wes' passion for the outdoors was instilled in him as a young boy growing up in St. Louis, Missouri, and the Southern Illinois region, where he enjoyed hunting with his family. He has since developed a keen interest in fly fishing and investments, with the ultimate goal of owning a slice of God's great creation that he can share with others.
Wes resides in Pittsfield, Illinois, with his wife, Michele Haertling. He is committed to the continued growth and success of Whitetail Properties and is always seeking new opportunities to expand his real estate expertise.
