This farm is located near the South Fork of the Solomon River. It consists primarily of native grass pasture that has been lightly grazed, providing quality forage for livestock. The tillable cropland acres consist of class 2 and 3 soils, productive for growing crops. The Southwest third of the pasture could potentially be converted to crop production as well.
