A portion of the Pine River basin flows into the west side of the property, and the river bottom provides a fantastic bedding area for the deer, which the deer use daily. There are heavy river crossings that are tracked up like cattle crossings. You own a portion of the other side of the river as well. Brush Creek, a year-round clean flowing stream, cuts through the center of the property, regularly providing free-flowing fresh water to these deer.
