I just purchased a farm and wanted to pass on some thoughts on the great experience I had with Aaron Milliken from Whitetail Properties. I was making a 1031 exchange after the sale of my previous farm and was under a time constraint. Without a doubt, Justin is the most enthusiastic outdoor real estate broker I have ever hired. I had a 37 acre piece of property that was previously listed for 3 years with another broker. The only time I heard from her was when she wanted to renew the listing. After listing with Justin, he had a buyer in 13 days! Justin has a genuine love and enthusiasm for outdoor properties. From the moment I called Brent about my land in Black Hawk County he treated it as a million dollar sale! My property was 9 acres so it was not a million but to Brent it might as well have been. He immediately went out to the property to walk the land and take pictures. I had a previous agent who never did that! Our experience with Rich was very smooth and professional. He answered all of our questions and always emailed us back very quickly. I this was a lot of extra work for him as we had one other property which we were doing a 1031 exchange on and another property which we did a reverse exchange on. He kept in touch with the IPE 1031 lawyer and emailed him all the necessary forms. Everything went very smooth and we are thrilled with the property.
