This past summer we were in the process of helping my husband’s folks move to town and sell their country home and acreage. We felt that Whitetail Properties would have the advantage of having a wider range of potential buyers, so we decided to give them a call and see what they had to say. Colin Colley is the agent that represents our area so we contacted him. We didn’t know exactly how that would work out as Colin is about 3 hours from where our property was, but that was not a problem at all. He came up promptly to look the property over so he could give us an estimate of what he figured the value to be with no pressure of us having to list the property with them. Even though it was hotter than blue blazes, he took the time to trek down through the woods and check out the whole property so that he could get a true assessment of it’s worth. He was quick to get back to us the value of the property and reviewed with us how he did that. We made the decision to list the property with him, and are happy that we did.  Even though he was so far away, that was never a disadvantage. He did a wonderful job of listing our property to it’s best advantage with pictures from cameras that he set up to capture the wildlife. He drove the miles and was at the property whenever he was needed to show it, and he was always available to talk to. He was friendly, positive, and full of energy to do whatever he needed to do to get the property sold. He took the time to answer any questions that we had, and all of his business procedures were forthright and honest.  Thank you Colin!

We are happily settled into our home. We couldn’t be happier, had family over for Thanksgiving and for Christmas. It was a great success and everyone just loved our house. We bought our farm from you guys a few years ago and I must say it was a great experience. I knew we would be doing business again. We have really enjoyed our farm; fishing, hunting trail riding, mushroom hunting or just going out there and taking a walk.We love the house so much. It fits us perfectly. It has been great for entertaining. I can’t wait for warmer weather so we can spend some time out on our decks. I did get an opportunity to go fishing in the pond by our house and I slayed them. Quite tasty.As you know Alisha is pregnant and due anytime with our firstborn son. I was thinking about your motto “Dreams to Reality” and these last few years my dreams have come to reality. I received a postcard in the mail from Whitetail Properties offering to list our property for sale. It was about time to relist with the current real estate agent but I thought maybe this was a sign. I called the number on the card and spoke with Todd Mensing. I asked why should I sign with you when I have had it for sale for two years without anyone being interested. Todd said because I sell property and the other agent sells houses. I signed with Todd in early September and the property (200 acres of hunting land) was sold within three weeks. Todd came out and looked at the property.  The many pictures were representative of the property and made it easy to see the terrain. I was very impressed with the suggestions from Todd during negotiations with the buyers. Todd chose a title company in the area for the closing, making it easier to get the papers signed and the deal complete.Thank you.
